We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales and freelancing platforms like Upwork. This role involves identifying business opportunities, converting leads into projects, and driving consistent growth through both domestic and international channels.

1–2 years of proven experience in business development or freelancing platforms (Upwork preferred)
Strong written English for proposal writing and client communication
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred)
Familiarity with IT services like web development, mobile apps, and eCommerce solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales tracking
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other freelancing/job platforms
Write compelling proposals and bids tailored to client needs
Communicate with international clients, understand project requirements, and negotiate effectively
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and project opportunities
Work closely with internal teams to finalize estimates, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain and optimize company profiles on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
Track bidding performance and continuously improve proposal quality
Meet monthly targets for leads converted into projects
